Dr. Maksym Khrapak is a pediatric anesthesiologist with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to children with complex medical needs. After completing his training in Ukraine, he was a staff anesthesiologist for seven years at "Ohmatdyt," the largest tertiary children's hospital in the country. He later pursued advanced training through a Pediatric Anesthesia fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, where he now works as an Advanced Anesthesia Practitioner.


His clinical interests include pediatric regional anesthesia, neurosurgical anesthesiology, and managing children with behavioral and emotional challenges. He is also passionate about education and quality improvement, and he co-leads a Canadian-Ukrainian quality improvement project aimed at enhancing critical incident response among Ukrainian anesthesiologists. Beyond his professional commitments, he has a deep appreciation for travel, culture, and languages.
