Dr. O’Conor is the director of several institutional health equity programs and educational courses. Prior to joining Johns Hopkins Medicine, Dr. O’Conor instructed on clinical research in emergency medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, while supervising NIH-, AHRQ-, PCORI-, and industry-funded studies.
Dr. O’Conor received a medical degree and residency training in emergency medicine, anesthesiology, and critical care at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
