Dr. Jennifer Fu is an endocrinologist and assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and University of Toronto. She obtained her medical degree at Queen’s University and underwent Internal Medicine and Endocrinology residency training at the University of Toronto, where she also served as Chief Endocrine Resident in her final year.
Following residency, she completed her MSc in Clinical Epidemiology and Health Care Research at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation and additional training in quality improvement methodology through the Centre for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety. She is passionate about diabetes and metabolic disease management in young adultsand developing programs to improve pre- and interconception care for people living with diabetes.
