Dr. Inna Vilshanivska earned her Specialist Diploma with honors in General Medicine from Bogomolets National Medical University in June 2016. She further specialized in Internal Medicine and Transfusiology at Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. Additionally, she is pursuing a degree in Health Care Management at Bogomolets National Medical University, expected to be completed by January 2024.
Since November 2018, Dr. Vilshanivska has served as the Head of the Donors' Department at the Blood Services Center of the National Specialized Children's Hospital “Ohmatdyt” under the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. In addition to her leadership role, Dr. Vilshanivska has been working as a transfusiologist since December 2019, contributing to the Hospital Transfusion Committee and providing expert advice on transfusion care. She has also been a practicing physician since August 2018, responsible for examining and admitting donors for blood donation, screening for contraindications, and providing therapeutic and emergency care when needed.
Dr. Vilshanivska holds titles as a Medical Doctor (MD), Head of the Donors’ Department of the Blood Services Center, Blood Banking & Transfusion Medicine Specialist, and Physician.
